Grant Thornton UK LLP is a leading financial and business adviser with around 40 offices nationwide. Part of Grant Thornton International, it is one of the world’s leading international organisations of independently owned and managed accounting and consulting firms with 540 offices in over 110 countries worldwide. Grant Thornton was looking to extend its relationship with Reflex. An authorised Honeywell re-seller had originally been sought for electronic access control solutions to Enterprise level, for Grant Thornton’s Sheffield office. Having satisfied the brief for one key northern UK site, Reflex was invited to tender for further sites including Edinburgh, Leeds, Nottingham, and Manchester, as well as further upgrade works to the Sheffield site. This time, a single source solution for integrated CCTV, access control/ID cards was required.
The Solution
Common with many Grant Thornton sites is a high level of aesthetic design, which the client was not keen to compromise. Reflex had to work carefully with the fabric of the buildings to ensure that the technology solution met the brief whilst also achieving an extremely discreet installation. The latest generation Honeywell technologies were specified and installed by Reflex, offering these key city centre locations and their staff the best possible protection and visitor management solution.
