Service calls logged via this page will be received into our Service Department and read within business office hours (08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday). Calls logged via this page out of hours will be read on the next working day. A confirmation email will be sent by a member of our service team to the person logging the call with a fault reference number.

Contracted customers who wish to log an out of hours call and response should to do so via our 24 hour manned service centre by telephoning 0208 938 3515.
