A low cost solution to occupancy control
Our purpose designed occupancy controller for retail and public space applications provides a fully automated, LIVE occupancy system, working with access control that will allow a store to set a MAXIMUM number of customers into their store. When this number has been met, the sign at the entrance will display ‘FULL’ and the automatic doors will not open.

Using Deep Learning technology to recognize people and count the numbers entering and existing the store, access will only be allowed when the total number of customers fall below the number set for the store. This system allows for a fully automated, unmanned control over the store occupancy level.
Our solution can be rapidly deployed, reducing the number of staff required to control the occupancy levels in store, with the added benefit of reassuring customers.

Utilising the latest Deep Learning technology and advanced people detection, Reflex can provide a Rapid Deployment solution, that is easy to install and configure. Cameras at both entrance and exit, are configured through an NVR to recognise people entering and exiting the building, coupled with a live counter to register the occupancy level, set on the NVR. Access control, set through relays, control the automated doors and the ‘FULL’ sign to show customers when they have to wait and when they are allowed entrance to the store.
Remote connection allows Store Managers to change the occupancy level at any time, to respond to events on site and control the flow of customers. Signage will be utilised to inform customers of the system and make them aware of how the system works. Reinforced by signs, customers will now be controlled in an orderly fashion, without the need for staff to maintain access to the store, thus removing human error from occupancy levels and reducing ongoing costs associated with manned security.
