As well as multiple lock types we have the ability to integrate card readers, fingerprint readers, 2-way intercoms, gates and barriers. When integrating CCTV, we are able to provide video evidence that can be kept and shared using a secure video vault.
Our Cloud solutions allow easy upgrade paths that can be managed by our customers directly including the ability to increase storage needs, add or remove access credentials instantly, issue visitor or contractor temporary access rights on demand, real time door status monitoring and transaction reporting as well as fully configurable cause and effect alerts, all of which can be managed remotely from anywhere from a computer or mobile app.
As part of this service Reflex will offer full remote administration and technical support, managed intercom options, operational services including the management of door user enrolment, issuing of access cards and removal of access rights all with the added benefit of subscription and flexible billing options.
