Location: Greater Manchester / North Cheshire region

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working closely with our senior engineers and reporting directly to the Service Manager, the role will mainly involve day to day service calls, supporting our engineers based in the North West.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Service & Commissioning: Assist senior engineers with security systems.
  • Service Calls: Handle reactive and scheduled service fault calls.
  • Support: Aid in small works and installations.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in IP and IT, with preferred experience in IP networks, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Public space CCTV experience is a plus.
  • Licenses: CSCS, ECS, and IPAF licenses are preferred.
