Service calls logged via this page will be received by our service department and read within business office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30).

If you are logging a call out of hours, our service department will receive your message the next working day. A confirmation email, with a fault reference number, will then be sent to you by a member of our service team.

Contracted customers who wish to log an out of hours call and response should do so via our 24 hour manned service centre. Please call 0208 938 3515 to use this service.
